Art Social Networking and Marketplace, by rosstierney on Dec 8, 2009 17:38:45 GMT 1, I'm sorry but I just don't find this a very nice site. I don't like the idea of having to e-mail the admin of a social networking site to advertise an art piece etc. If I didn't want to control a sale, I'd put in a consignment request with a gallery. What's the story behind the 'No Ball Games' for sale @ ยฃ100k?

Art Social Networking and Marketplace, by Scraffer on Dec 8, 2009 17:45:48 GMT 1, Hey Jake. I can see where you are coming from, the thing is that once a thread falls below the first page on here it can be quite hard to find, so I want to have an up to date list of items for sale.
What's more once you sign up to the site you can email me (my address is on the homepage) asking to be informed the moment a print you are after is listed...
This means that you don't have to keep checking back everyday...
I soon hope to have listed on there, everything that is listed on here, not as a rival site, but to work with each other. It is completely non profit and the revenue from the adwords goes to webs.com, the free hosting company...

Art Social Networking and Marketplace, by Scraffer on Dec 8, 2009 18:15:49 GMT 1, Once you become a member you can see a list of prints wanted by people and fill out a form showing which prints you want. That way members and us can email you when they go ont the "for sale" page.
There is much more available once you sign up, and you won't get pestered by people emailing you the whole time.
There have been a few updates to the site in leu of the above comments. Keep them coming, as I want to know what I'm doing wrong. I want people to enjoy using the sithe!
