I don't think I would go as far as calling this a one off, there are a lot of prints (in a run) from D*face out there that are signed and have different little doodles, I wouldn't call those one offs either...
It's an edition that may or may not be signed and may or may not have a drawing, far from a one off variation... if the cover was different then I would take the one off sells pitch...
With all that said, it's still a lovely piece of D*face history ( I highly doubt many of these books are around) that is well worth buying for any D* collector... Best of luck with it
