I know they are working through the masses of orders and fulfilling were they can and refunding those they can't, but has anyone had a refund for a Vandal yet? I hopeful that I'm going to get one.
Specially after the disaster of the TMA Hollywood release.

Nick Walker Vandal refund, by foundation on Feb 21, 2008 17:49:14 GMT 1, Mailed back and forth with Nick in october / november time regarding mini canvases, guessing they will be outwith my reach now, but really pleased for his sucess after years of graft, some of his stuff isnt to my taste, some is. Either way they guy deserves his sucess as its been a long time coming. I have my vandals on my wall and suspect it'll be the only piece of his I will own from now on. Sadly my apish angel t-shirt isnt in a usable condition any more.....

The fact that it bounced saying the inbox was full put me off sending money as he wouldn't have received an email about that either.

Nick Walker Vandal refund, by Harveyn on Feb 21, 2008 18:32:55 GMT 1, I contacted Nick on the 28.01.2008 about the Nikers Canvas and he responded on the 30.01.2008 saying he was in LA and would sort me out when he got back. I responded to that mail the same day saying I would take the Nikers canvas.
I have since had a "sorry" email which I am not to happy about.... 
I have appealed to Nick and Jacqueline that this seems a bit unfair and I await their response. Fingers crossed.

Come on man.......I've never met Nick personally but from what I hear he is the perfect gent. Don't forget that the site is pretty much a one man show and with his exhibition in LA it's fair to say he's been pretty busy so may have got behind processing orders from his site. From what I've been told they've had thousands of e-mails, so surely you can forgive him if he doesn't have the time to reply to them all.

For all the moaners, complainers etc, Nick is a perfect gent, takes time to respond to emails when he can, sometimes quickly sometimes slowly if he is busy elswhere. You have to remember that he has mostly had to do everything himself, he doesnt have a production team, online shopping team, press dept etc etc etc so with the recent activity, shows and other general business i am not surprised he is slow to get back...remember if you have just jumped on a big long train chances are a bunch of other people have too and there will be emails by the hundred if not thousand to get back to...
Be patient and accept with grace if you dont get what you want first time, Nick is probably a victim of his own success at present and will be in touch. Sure he'll be able to set up a better system now that he has some funds to do so.
