So if "unsuccessful applicants" are automatically reregistered for the next print, does that mean successful donut registrants will be disqualified?

i feel a hell of alot better that it was a lottery and i lost,rather than losing to someone with special software,or because i dont sit at a comp all day.
still pretty gutted though.
