simple economics. you buy something cheap and because of short supply and high demand you sell for profit.
the only reason people are gutted is because
a) they wanted one and didnt get one
b) they wanted one because they wanted to pay off their overdrafts too or fund another purchase
its only a print, there will be others!

Why would it be 'moronic' to give BRP the details if the above scenrio is true?
If they do nothing with the info then no harm done to the sellers (few pounds listing fees excepted) and not too much damage to Bellman (couple of negative feedback).
Seems his only course of action now - give BRP the details. Unless he wants to go through with the sales ...
