Go see Four Lions when it comes out it's pure comedy brilliance.

I like this, though its pretty sad. Studio Ghibli did a wonderful job on the animation (as they always do!!)
I read 'Barefoot Gen' a few months back which was similar to this.

Got the 5 disc edition a couple of weeks back. Forgot how good it was. When you watch the documentary you see all the art that went into it. The attention to detail is amazing.
Don't think the atmosphere has been matched in another film since.
I've watched it at least 30 times over the years and every time I watch it I want to stick it back on again.
It changes quite often for me but at the moment it's got to be Bladerunner.
