I have never dealt in futures, have small exposure to gold only through "spec" gold miners!!

Gold is up another $25/oz in the night/electronic session.

I've got a little bit of Gold, since 2wks ago. After today's move, I wish I had a lot more!

I'll be waiting for a $30-$50/oz retracement to get heavier in this market.

Listen, not everybody knows much about the market. And, there may even be things that you're more informed about, than I.

That all being said, it's clearly evident that you're crying out for direction to the greener grass... Just ask, junior... Just ask.

I encourage you to check the trade strategies that I had posted on the 1st page of this thread. Then, check the date and times posted.

After doing this, click through the link to the Futures quote board. Find the commodity I listed here, then click on the "C" just to the left of that commodity.

This will bring up a 60min chart. Each vertical bar on that chart represents 1hr of movement in the market. Go to the bottom of that chart and click the "Daily" link.

This changes the chart to a daily chart. Then, move your cursor over the vetical lines on the chart, to find the corresponding date of my post.

See what the market price was then, compared to today.

Then you tell me, whether or not I put together an effective strategy!

If any of them are losing big, point it out!

its clearly labled as an investment thread, if this aint ur thing, then simply move on, to say that BLS should move to an investment forum is stupid, this is ONE thread on a massive forum, there have been much more irrelevent threads than this started

if enough people are interested then there is no reason why it shouldn't be allowed, if there arn't it will slowly move its way to the bottom of the pack, but by having an arguement it keeps on bumping it up

god thankfully i been away last 24 hours . anyway some of us simple folks on here take offence this financial bragging and bullying which is what it comes down to, reminds me of a school bully who actually is crying out for help and friendship . most of the threads are about art and culture , not finances and its time we stop this !

I'd be interested to if it was an explanation of what was happening in the markets in english, as opposed to an explanation of how much money someone's making...for instance lets discuss whether the markets are simply are way of destabilising economies for short term gain of traders etc... because quite honestly all the stock market looks like to me is a vehicle for greed
