"Our acceptance of an order takes place on despatch of the order, at which point the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged for your order."
In other words i think that means they can pull out of the deal...

i heard about the asda thing and wondered if it was just another bigwig throwing their weight around knowing/hoping it would go unchallenged.
you go instore and something has a price on it, they pretty much have to sell it to you for that...unless you switched the price yourself....
