So i think they have found out! Well done if u managed to get one but i think they will just give out refunds.

Tesco have been hammered this year with mistakes, they were selling tv's with 999 bonus points.The points also applied to scart cables and lcd wipes (reduced to 99p). I saw a guy walk out with 2 boxes of lcd wipes(48 per box) each pack of wipes worth 999 points, spent on deals they were worth 4x the value.
And the infamous refund and retain, which has now been withdrawn from Tesco policy i believe

It has been fix now....link is on the first page just scroll down....it was a mistake in the description. It's basically the price for the game but for some reason the description included the 360 console. For THAT reason I think they may have to honour this as technically it is not a pricing mistake.

nope. there is something to do with reasonable assumption, ie if it seems rediculously cheap you should queiry the price and it can be checked for your peace of mind. also, a sale is only a contract at the point of sale, tesco deem this to be at despatch and were it in the actual store it would probably be at the checkout. after that it is their loss.
there have been odd occasions where companies have honoured it out goodwill, i remember when the euro came in in ireland a major store had the prices in irish pounds instead of euro but the system had been designed to start taking the euro, something like an instant 40% discount.
this will not be honoured by tesco, that said, did threshers honour their recent mistake - online coupons to be used in store?
