For now
I would never had thought monkey parliament selling for 4K! For a £10 poster , I turned down when offered at £200 as could not rationalize a cheap poster selling for £200
As there is no rationale in the banksy market anything is possible .
Wait until the banksy years record makes it to auction

So, it could be that the unsigned Radar Rats just slipped through the net? They should all be signed.....

"Having checked this out and for all those concerned the Radar rat has a cert and indeed is from an unsigned ed of 25. POW sold the print to someone in the early days without a signature, for those who remember things then it was a real shambles all sorts of errors were made, double numbers etc.
When it was sent to PCO their way of correcting the error was to change the numbering from 75 to 25 and make it part of an edition of 25 unsigned prints.
So there we are no great conspiracy just PCO correcting an error they made when they sold it originally"
