Funny thing is I got 20/50 but the person writing the coa forgot the size of the edition and wrote 20 then another number before going over it with the 50

I did get an open edition in good time but this also came in a thin card envelope with creased corners, and what looks like wheel or drag marks across the middle.
Maybe Poster cause are lucky they are in the charity game or they may find a lot of complaints in their inbox.

Have to agree with the terrible packaging. I can't believe these were sent from the US in the thinnest card envelope with no extra strengthening.

Apparently they only changed to these flat envelopes after complaints about their tubes!

It's definitely risky sending these things without strengthening to the envelopes, especially when they have the banksyforum 'packaging police' to deal with! I was lucky, but it looks like a few others weren't.

Just wanted to touch on the shipping solution and any issues with the envelopes, etc. In the beginning we shipped in poster tubes and received numerous complaints about prints coming "rolled" so we soon switched to the "stay flat" mailers. We have found that the "stay flat" mailers do not necessarily stay FLAT. Soo... we have increased our shipping rates (by very little) and will be shipping ALL prints in hard 3" mailers. We apologize to anyone whom has received any damaged prints. Please email us and we will work with you individually to make it up to you!
Also, for anyone whom has not received orders that include a toy (olive47, jessup, mimic, oliver, etc) please email us your transaction ID and we will track your order!
