It looks like the works of an ebay user that used to be called Cult Canvas?? Is it?... are you there???
I think it is all hand painted which is good, but still a blatant use of Banksy's work to make money, which is of course, against the law.

(probably more than i can afford) and therefore am wondering whether I should sell/swap it for something more affordable or hang on to it?
Just wondering what anyone else might do in my situation OR if anyone has an offer to make for it whether it's to buy/swap or both? It's unsigned number 407/750.

Having said that I know people who have purchased from him no problem, although they say his packing is particularly bad
