I thought the piece looked like Banksy, but the guy in the photo certainly isn't him so its either staged to look like they caught him in the act, or its actually not a Banksy piece at all.

But the photo does look staged even though the flat back truck is still there the tarp has gone,
If I was Mr. B I would be gone (finished painting) by the time the tarp was removed.
Couldnโt risk the chance of being knicked or surrounded by press etc... Itโs too convenient that he has a brush, dust mask and rucksack on.
It could be an assistant also.

I have strong suspicions indeed! although the tag i think is irrelelivant dont you think? assuming you mean the pre cut stencil - as in the heading of this forum???
