I have a feeling they just don't want to sell at the price I won for.

Tell them no and that you have a contract which you will honour. Problem is they are bound to try and wiggle out of it
I have a similar issue with another seller at the moment, won on the opening price and suddenly they don't have it any more. Only a cheap item, part of which coincidental to your location was an Australian time out poster

Re Time Out Rat, check with Frank11, I think he might have a spare as I sent him one of from Sydney and he meanwhile acquired one (i think).
