Looks like it is a paster, the second to last pic shows a close-up of the current wall, you can see it's a print on the left hand side more where the paper is bubbled...
Does anyone else find it strange that all these shenanigans have taken place on a wall of the British Transport Police headquarters and no-ones been busted?

Probably because it would take some time to paint this piece anyway without the added task of recreating it as the original was. I remember being chased away by the rail police back in the 80's and having to go back and continue another time and looking at this location there's nowhere to run.

What makes me think this is a wonderful piece of art? Nothing.
Like playing the piano badly(when you are an accomplished musician-Tommy Cooper for instance), it takes talent. Not sure someone is having fun with this litter but its by no Master of Art.

1. It maybe a poor image, poorly executed but at least it's having a pop at something that needs to be done (obviously this is a forum for buying and selling urban art so politics, the history of street art and expression aren't necessarily ideal bed fellows)
2. Banksy pieces do not have a divine right to go untouched, whether something good or bad takes its place that's the street for you.
