They, of course, no longer will do it themselves for legal reasons.

Thats what the last one sold for at Bonhams. I got offered one from a Dutch gallery for quite a bit more than that. Its one of the most sought after prints and probably only going to get harder and more expensive to buy for one of his most iconic images.

It's in mint condition and framed, I'm more looking for cash and I think 10k£ is an honnest price right, then I'm still open to offers.
For the Haring drawing:
I'm more looking for trade but accept cash as well, the book is from 83 but the drawing has been made lately in 88 when the previous met Haring and asked him to customise the book.
Even if for me there is no doubt about the authenticity of this work here is no kind of certificate with it so I'm looking for trade and cash around 1500/1800£.
Could also sell both and make a price, if it's interesting.

When framed the piece usually has some sort of adhesive and or mounting that renders the piece a long way from being mint. If mounted properly and then removed properly it is then possible for the print to be in perfect condition again. I usually use "perfect" when it is such and when framed I will state how it was framed. I can not stress enough how many pieces I have seen go by, many recently as well, that were passed as "mint" and after inspection were returned because of the damage on the reverse. Looking "mint" and being "mint" are completely different universes. Just trying to help. |

Lovely LIITA and good price.... Agreed, this print is becoming one of the most sought after, one of his older prints as well. So I expect a lot of them have been damaged or destroyed over the years. Fair price IMO. |
