Looks like the first 100 are signed the last 400 unsigned although it didn't appear to be 100% confirmed on that page. But that does match up woth everything I've seen. The last signed one sold was also signed in pencil too. More criticism from snipers trying to win?

I was thinking about bidding on this print but I dint know that the edition of 500 was all unsigned.  You guys really saved me from getting ripped off!!  Thank you! Respect to pw!!! ;D

Absolutely right.
The print looks OK to me.
There are 500 LIITA's, of which 50 were signed. This would PROBABLY be the first 50 in the edition, but there's no guarantee of that as POW were a bit shambolic in those days.
I've been watching ebay for years and have never seen a signed LIITA come up, however the signature closely matches that on another early signed Banksy I have.
This is what pisses me off about this forum... people diving in claiming facts when they don't know what they're talking about.
I have a few signed Banksys, and the signature has changed considerably over the years. The early ones looked very like this, then it became a bit smaller & tighter for his 'middle' prints - Laugh Now, Barcode etc.
The sig on Jack & Jill, CND, Morons etc look quite different again... much more spread out.
Now I suspect some people dive in with these accusations so they can pick things up for a bargain price. If you're not doing this though, it might be best to put your views as speculation rather than fact if you're basing it on pure guesswork.
If you like I'll post some photos later on so you can compare signatures. Like I say, I think this looks good overall. My only concern is from the 'B' which looks a little clumsily done. The rest is flowing and looks exactly as it should though.

And here's a picture from the only other signed one i've seen... which someone posted on the old ebay forum. And which also appears to be in pencil.
It's not my print, I don't know for sure if it's genuine or not, and I can't vouch for the seller. You can make your own minds up about it.

On the placard rats for example, is suggests that there were two seperate runs - red & pink. There weren't. Each rat had a single run of 75 / 175 with the colours mixed within it. I also THINK that all the placard rats would have been stamped, but i'm not certain of that.

That's true, but mine was done probably a year earlier. And if you compare to the other LIITA it looks the same.
To my eyes, they were done by the same hand, but i'm no handwriting expert.
