"Refunds:
Refunds will only be applicable where POW is deemed to be in contravention of the terms set out herein. A refund will be given strictly at the discretion of POW. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us by email or telephone within 24 hours of receipt of your order."
Whatever you buy online if you don't like it you have seven days cooling off period. You can get a refund without their "discretion".
This applies not just to POW but Amazon and any website you buy off.
