Art Raid - Dublin featuring Asbestos-Motorboy-An?, by anewspace on Sept 25, 2008 18:02:10 GMT 1, 
A friend of ours, Sean Bryan or as he is known on the graf sceen KONK recently was fined 13,600 euros plus faces 23 counts of criminal damage for graf pieces.
The fine is massive and no bank or credit union is going to loan him the cash. If he cannot pay the fine he almost certainly be the first person in Ireland to be jailed for writing graf.
Weโre coming together with All City Records and Paint to help out in the best way we know how โ were going to run a very special Art Raids.
For those of you who donโt know Will St Leger set up the very first art raid in 2006. Itโs a an exhibition of street art which encourages the viewer to steal. Patrons of the exhibition arrive at the space and are presented with the usual atmosphere of drinks and chat. As the evening unwinds security patrol the space.
Suddenly an alarm sounds and that is the cue to steal everything and run.
