Charity Bike Ride! Please Read!, by Richard on Apr 21, 2008 16:17:38 GMT 1, Hi everyone,
I have planned a rather stupid bike ride for charity with a close friend.
We are going to be biking from Barcelona to Malaga (1000km) in around a week.
Please check out our FaceBook group!
Any donations made (through JustGiving) will go straight to the British Heart Foundation...seeing as we all have one I thought it would be a good cause.

We are also looking for sponsorship to pay for any repairs the bikes may need, crappy hotels/hostels and other random bits and pieces. (We are students and most of our loan is tied up in Art and booze!)
All receipts will be kept as proof of where the money has gone!
We will be willing to advertise any company sponsoring us on our FaceBook page and on the JustGiving page.
We may also be able to arrange other stuff as well but have not decided what!

I don't know if it will be a "good time". I can think of other things I'd rather do than bike for 90 miles in the blistering heat!  It will be an experience!
