NON-paypal options for overseas, by morrissey1 on Mar 20, 2008 4:46:18 GMT 1, Hey everyone
Paypal has screwed me, screwed thousands, and i was wondeirng if anyone else knows of similar system where buyer/seller can transact safely.
Im trying to get a bunch of those Obey Obama stickers,, plus one of the 0bey Obama posters, but since its all connected to campain donations, the stickers and poster are only available to the US.....so if i could find someonein the us who might be willing to buy these for me and shipping them too me, then I would like to pay right away in a NON paypal fashion.......any ideas?

NON-paypal options for overseas, by Heavyconsumer on Mar 20, 2008 5:40:29 GMT 1, For cheap items it's tough but often if you contact the seller and they are corporate, they may be able to process a direct card payment through a different processor (Protx, Google checkout or a CC terminal in their store if they have one). A good option for high value items is bank transfer, normally shared fees are not crazy and if it's a significant transaction, it works out cheaper for the seller than paypal fees, but clearly this is silly if you're looking to spend say $20 or $50 and very expensive unless you're spending say minimum US$700+.
Rob, I thought you were in the US, no?
