I'm not convinced there is a manager out there capable of turning our useless fuckers into World champions. Too small a pool of quality players to choose from and even those who are genuine world class lack the moral fibre to put the team and country before their own egos.

Could just be me, but I lost interest in England internationals a long time ago. Maybe it's the same for Liverpool and United fans, but as an Arsenal fan it doesn't compare. It's a pleasure to watch Arsenal and United.

Don't really know what to say, Sky+ the game because ironically my 14year old son had football practice. We have just both got home and watched it anf to be honest naivety is the only word I can think of. To play so poorly but then be back in the game, not only back in the game but have the result you need with 15 minutes to go and get beat with a sucker punch goal beggars belief. So depressing, everyone will be on their soapbox but to be honest I'm currently just thinking about next summer, it's absolutely shit when a major tournament is on and you don't have anyone to support. The manager is a talentless t**t, the players are immune and cocooned from everyday reality, and the FA haven't got a fuckin clue. Why on earth allow an American football match on the pitch before what could be the most important match the stadium has witnessed to date, fuckin nonsense. The pitch was a disgrace. But lets not deny the major underlying cause - we were just not good enough over the whole group. I could go into the deeper problems with the english game but to be honest I just can't be arsed.

Why dont you start supporting a decent game like Rugby Union where the players go on the pitch and play their hearts out instead of watching an overpaid bunch of Nancy Boys prat around . I think ive said enough, goodnight , Steve mc.

Dear Sirs,

I'm writing to you to inform you that i have decided to profer my resignation.
I have thoroughly enjoyed the past 17 months as England Manager, and i would like t thank you for the opportunities and the experiences over the past year or so.

I feel its time to move on in life,a nd i must now find new challenges, such as learning to trust people aroound me, and to begin to listen to public opinion, afterall, it would seem as Elvis once said 50,000 fans can't be wrong.

Having worked out I am owed approximately 22 days holiday, i would like my final date to be December 24th, with my final day beign tomorrow.
I would be grateful if we could avoid "creating a fuss" around my colleagues, i would rather make a swift exit, with no fuss.

Once again, i would like to thatnk you, and the board for the opportunities over the last year.

England never fail to disappoint. They are just not good enough. Sorry rudeboyrupert but your Wenger like paranoid rantings are wrong, there does need to be a limit on foreign players in the English football. And that includes all teams not just Arsenal. There are just not enough talented youngsters being brought through and given expert coaching. It is so much easier to buy some cheap and not so cheap foreign import to try and bring the clubs some kind of immediate results. It's all now, now now! Look how well Scotland played in these qualifiers, they may not have got through but they were a far better team than our own england s**te. Scotland doesn't have the import of as many foreign players as us and so have developed into a very good team. And, also compare the number of people in Scotland to England. If France has a smaller population than us and a far better national side.

Also, if it is true that Liverpool have used less English players than Arsenal, then doesn't that tell you something when their Captain says there should be a limit. Maybe it is not Arsenal he is having a go at!
