Banksy • Four Soup Cans, by andrewd on Feb 21, 2007 14:38:20 GMT 1, These went for either three or four grand at Laz last year at a time when the 24 different colour 1/10 soup cans were fetching about £2,000 on e-bay. The last 1/10 soup I saw went for £6,100 on e-bay last week.
It does certainly seem expensive but I think I saw someone had a CWS going for about £13,000. I suppose as saltandiron says it's what someone is prepared to pay.
As the rather proud owner of 4 of the 1/10 soupcans ( I got four as they look great in a row ) I have a mild interest in what it goes for but certainly wouldn't dream of selling them!

The first set have been printed on cream paper and there are 54 in this edition, costing £3000 + vat each.
The second set have been printed on grey paper and there are 12 in this edition, costing £4000 + vat each.
They have all been hand pulled using light fast inks on heavy untreated 250mg cartridge paper.
All are signed and numbered. Each purchase will come with a letter of provenance.

I get the link to the famous artist but it looks cr4p in my opinion, why not buy the poster and cut 4 out for £5 and colour there tops in gold, real value?
