I used to do refunds without questions asked, whenever there was any issue, when I used to sell household stuff on ebay before. Just because I wanted to be a trusted and reputable seller. But after I started to sell art, someone tried to return me a forged copy, so I had to adopt a strict no-return policy. Even though it clearly takes away some assurance from the buyers. |

I can also pretty much guarantee no one in their right mind will buy from you on here after all this regardless if the item you’re advertising is genuine or not. on the contrary, this is a great place to buy and sell this stuff and transactions take place daily. The difference between here and ebay is that a sellers wares will generally be subject to far greater scrutiny by a far better informed marketplace.
If yiu dont think that there is any relevance to production of leaflets then you should take your sales thread down now as you will only get more comments today once Britain and Europe wakes up particularly after the last few posts on here.

I have listed these prints here at 20% lower than anywhere else on the internet. And it is listed on several places. As much as I am aware, this is the best offer on the internet for this print in mint condition right now. I hoped I am making a good deal. Now I absolutely regretting about it. My friend, you are confused now. I do own leaflet distribution company. It was supposed to be door-to-door delivery, not printing or production company. It was registered only half a year ago. It is dormant since formation and never operated. It was business I was about to start last year, but eventually never did.

Multiple copies... Leaflet distribution company... Distribution has nothing to do with the copying or printing. It is door-to-door delivery. Company never operated, had any employees (apart from myself as director), had any assets or sales. At this point I don't think it ever will. |

Regardless of what you have told me and others about this matter – privately or publicly – you are legally obliged to be truthful with PayPal. Good luck with that.
Please remember that I did try to resolve this with you discreetly Vadims, but you have ended up digging a bigger hole for yourself.
Please be aware that although you declined my return request on eBay, I have raised this matter separately with them so they have visibility on this, as you have potentially 'distributed' counterfeit prints to at least two other members of their platform – unknowingly or otherwise.
I have just escalated this matter to PayPal, so you will be contacted by them to resolve this. Regardless of what you have told me and others about this matter – privately or publicly – you are legally obliged to be truthful with PayPal. Good luck with that.

Make sure you claim the item is fake, not you think it's fake.
ebay have a rule when a buyer claims the item is fake you will be refunded.

I personally would not consider a refund or a return after two months and I KNOW ALL THE HYPOCRITE ART CRITIC RESELLERS on this forum would not either. Imagine the nightmare of receiving something back after you carefully packaged, worried while in transit then sighed relief once it arrived safely to hear after two months you want to return it?
