You( Silky ) were not aware that a pre - existing member had an agenda nor were you aware that when he began to post, he may well have been defacto admitting or not that he was involved in an act of criminality - at the minute, this has yet to be heard in court, so obviously we all have to be careful what we say - an ill placed comment could be used by the filth in extreme circumstances - monitoring This thread will hardly be a top priority for the CPS, though they may well use some of the accused postings in a case - if they can be bothered - this is hardly Brinks Mat in scale
promoting dicussion and allowing people to speak is the basis of art and the basis of this forum. Thye are ultimately responsible for their actions and words
to demand removal of posts is more stasi than street and a shame on those who seek to curtail discussion.

Cartrain is either doing way to much. or maybee just enough to cement a place in art history at an early age. Really putting it all on the line w/ his street/gallery moves.
Maybee he should have just let it die after they(Hirsts team) legally jacked his collages that he was trying to get people to believe Hirst purchased from him.
Although I do like the spirit of the little tike ("you take my stuff/ I'll take yours"). I think his stepping out of his league going the extra step to ruin a piece of Hirst's by stealing from it. (If I was Hirst I would have already fixed the piece by putting/replacing the pack of pencils)
To each his own, but this little buddy is going ballz out for his art.
At this point I'm not even sure if he's done enough work or developed a style which allows him to legitimately claim he's an artist.
Bottom line is that a youth watched way too many Banksy you tube videos. Thought he'd insert himself into the mix w/average level collages, and copy cat You Tube Videos. Now he's got himself stealing from wealthy art collectors.

Anywho, Bono i couldnt agree more with everything you've said. I would also say innocent until proven guilty peoples. As far as we know it could be a huge fake publicity stunt, Hirst could be in on it, so could Cartrain. Infact that wouldnt surprise me one bit.....

The law is based on facts! not false information posted by people on internet forums.
I had no idea the legal system in this country worked like that.
Can the government take me to court for saying the country is going down hill?
