Genuine offers was more aimed at genuine buyers.
I, to my lacking memory, have never been able to sell anything on this forum.
I have had lowball offers, if I needed the cash quickly.
I have had agreements on price only for the buyer to go cold on me.
I have had deals done only for the buyer to not turn up with the payment at arranged place and time.
The reason I asked for help on pricing was that I do actually need said help.

I'd hope not offensive in the offer in same that I wouldn't be offended in the rejection.

best thing you can do is ebay it. 99p start, post a link on here and make sure the auction finishes on sunday evening 8.30-9.00 ish
then it will make what its worth. otherwise its a never ending guessing game with no conclusion..chicken and egg scenario
