FFS Ive just come off the phone with Parcelforce they couldn't help find where the parcel is - i gave them the USPS tracking number and they couldn't find any record of the parcel and wouldnt be able to until its passed to them either from customs or USPS. this is turning into a total f@cking joke. Next stop paypal/credit card company for a refund

Calm down mat. Don't think you have to worry just because tracking doesn't work. Obviously Parcelforce use the same tracking number (which doesn't work) so there is no way for them to track the parcel either. Should arrive anyhow...I'd start worrying once people in Europe have received the prints and you still have nothing after a few days. As far as I know nobody outside the US got the print yet.

i would mind but $75 for postage and no sight or sign of the print or its whereabouts

When you go on parcelforce website and paste in the USPStracking number it finds your parcel and generates a UK packing number - did you give them that number? Also are was yours the first or second release as the first are only just getting here :-)

I bought a Kozyndan print direct in January, paid $10 postage and packing (tubed) arrived in 4 days and i tracked it from the time it left them and until it got to my door.
oh and the geddes print i bought a few days before the Espo is here

Don't use Parcefarce site. Use Royal Mail site. That should do the trick.

Dont panic :-) mine seemed to vary depending on time of day - sometimes parcelforce worked sometimes royal mail. Mines being delivered tomorrow so should know the fate of them then :-) sure they will be fine

They told me that it should have changed to 'dispatched' by now, however, the sender in the us can generate a tracking code by notifying usps that a parcel needs collecting and arrange a date for that collection, it doesnt mean that the parcel has been recieved by usps.
