Same here but had that problem before and the print arrived safe back then so not worried about that. Bit worried about the print being shipped flat and protected only from one side. Any more prints arrived safe or damaged?

They usually send a letter with a ref.no allowing you to pay...
No doubt the charges will include a lovely inflated handling charge.

I hear your concern mate, but I dont think you're solving anything by panicking about the worst case scenario in advance.. also, Espo seems to be ready to help out with any problems, so maybe wait till you have the print in hand and hear back from him about possible issues...

I didn't want to wait for the letter so called parcelforce who gave me the payment number to pay online. ยฃ41.87 was the fee so they've charged VAT at 20%
