$250 Signed Invader Alex, McCarthy(sold) '67 Vespa, by theperfecttree on Jan 15, 2009 16:12:25 GMT 1, i ride a '66 sears bluebadge (basically a primavera), and a '03 vespa px200e. where was your scoot restored? the two toned paint job concerns me....wasnt an asian import, was it?
Good eye! It was actually. I wish I rebuilt this on my own but I'm not technically inclined if you know what I mean. It's been a great scooter since I got it and the engine runs as smooth as I'd hoped. Only thing that was suspect on it were the brake cables which were replaced immediately by a local shop. I would have liked a domestically restored scooter but they are very hard to come by and cost a pretty penny.

Sale on the Dan has gone through! No one interested in the Invader??

Rene Gagnon 🇺🇸 Graffiti Art • Painting • Art For Sale, by theperfecttree on Aug 31, 2008 20:42:48 GMT 1, I'll second that, really like most of these. Especially the sound of music one and the Wu-Tang reference with cash rules everything around me ("C.R.E.A.M.")

Big Faile Purchase, by theperfecttree on Jul 8, 2008 6:55:25 GMT 1, It's nice to be reminded by so many that I'm not the only "not rich" person on this board. After you see so many big collections and huge purchases/sales you start to think that everyone that's simply interested in this form of art owns a Lotus or is considering selling it to "fund a Parla." More large print runs and a weaker market = cheaper art please.
congrats on the Faile wish it were me but it looks like it found a nice home!

Street art prevalent in USA home counties?, by theperfecttree on May 1, 2008 1:07:20 GMT 1, A year or so ago I graduated from one of the largest universities in the US and hung around a rather eclectic crowd. If anyone would know who he is, it would be these folks. 20-26, well educated, political, into music/art... and I never met anyone who had heard of Banksy there or since.
Maybe he should do a Hillary Rodham poster next to get some recognition here in the states???
i kid of course

How do you get rid of the shit on Ebay?, by theperfecttree on Feb 18, 2008 5:47:38 GMT 1, I've found taking out all the canvas repos really helps. Search for "banksy -canvas" and the results go from 806 to 442 in the art section. Quick and easy, hopefully this will save you some time.
