Banksy โข Have A Nice Day Print โข 2003, by saint on Sept 28, 2020 21:22:14 GMT 1, Itโs a small mistake, but I decided to buy a BME instead of a HAND a few years back to fill a gap on my wall. Iโm a fan of both, but I do look back and kind of wish I had bought the HAND, itโs such a great image.
Anyway.

Banksy funds Refugee Rescue boat, by saint on Sept 27, 2020 19:31:23 GMT 1, O.....k..... thatโs a strange response. Didnโt mean to upset you, was just pointing out your mistake. I was actually discussing your comment about the boat, which I believe is a real boat, although I havenโt seen it with my own eyes, have you? I asked an honest question, that needed a yes or no answer, but instead you chose not to answer, and bring up a point that you are criticising Banksy, even though you werenโt, what you were doing was making an assumption about a boat, which you have done repeatedly, that the boat isnโt doing the job it was intended for. I personally find this a bit insulting to the crew of the boat, who I assume (albeit without evidence), are working hard and trying to save lives, and not just sunbathing on board a pleasure craft. But if you choose to assume otherwise thatโs up to you, I havenโt made any sweeping statements about the legitimacy of the boat one way or the other, as I have no facts to back up a statement, you have, so I wondered if you had evidence, which you donโt. This isnโt criticism, itโs supposition, a belief held without evidence. That was the point I was making, which, because you donโt have evidence, becomes in your view a โpointless argumentโ.... Usually something someone says when they get upset.... again apologies for upsetting you. No, I have no evidence banksy is a real person. Iโm not sure what this has to do with the boat tho. Edit- I removed my unfunny ending from this, it was a bit flippant and wasnโt very funny anyway. My youngest has been up most the night so my levels of humour are low, apologies for trying to be funny and failing if you read it before I deleted it. So wait you havenโt seen the boat? So how can you say itโs real? How can you say itโs crew is working hard? See your logic is nonsense. Everything you just wrote is mumbo jumbo. No need to apologize. Iโm not upset. My criticism is too Banksy. And like many other times if someone doesnโt blindly believe what he did is great they get called a hater. Another point proven.
Lol. Ok, I honestly donโt think I can continue trying to talk with you, itโs so stupid it makes my youngestโs argument that he uses for everything of โno, itโs pooโ seem like a masterclass in debating.
Good luck to you.

Banksyโข Thrower print, Gross Domestic Productโข, by saint on Sept 27, 2020 14:38:53 GMT 1, Heard it from a trusted source.ย Also edition was 300, with only 100 available on GDP.
Iโm not aware of who your source is but if one is available with a COA and it is sold already then the whole not giving the coa for x years thing to stop flipping would be thrown into shit. Sorry, as I say I donโt know your source, but I also donโt believe him/her.

Banksyโข Thrower print, Gross Domestic Productโข, by saint on Sept 27, 2020 14:31:14 GMT 1, The key omission is PC prior to COA. Lots of galleries offer their own COAs which are worthless. Lots of other worrying mistakes in this listing. They did sell some directly with COA, for a bit of a markup.
Fact? Or rumour??

Bonham's Pop X Culture October 8, by saint on Sept 27, 2020 10:06:25 GMT 1, isn't this the infamous trimmed/cropped signed GWRB? www.bonhams.com/auctions/26447/lot/34/edit: yes it is. the top four inches of the print have been removed. not even mentioned on the lot page. It says COA โin the process of being issuedโ, so it doesnโt even have a.COA and itโs cropped. I guess thatโs why the lie estimate, but..... I bet it still sells over ยฃ400k
Probably. Cheaper to frame than a standard size also.

Ah you quoted my unfunny ending before I deleted it.... shame, a bit flippant of me and not needed really.
Oh I know exactly what heโs like. I actually find his posts are interspersed with the occasional interesting point, and I agree with some of the things he says. Just not in this case and was trying to have a genuine conversation about it.
I remember him from his previous account on this forum also.

Banksy funds Refugee Rescue boat, by saint on Sept 26, 2020 5:17:08 GMT 1, So no, and yes are the answers to my questions? You have no evidence to back up your statement?ย Totally agreed, many Banksy haters seem to have trouble with it also, especially by mistaking criticism for supposition. I have no evidence that Banksy is a real person. Do you? So yeah that argument is kind of pointless...

New D*Face Dog Save the Queen bust, by saint on Sept 25, 2020 20:13:15 GMT 1, Iโm a huge fan of DSTQ, and have it on my wall, it for me is D*Faceโs best and most iconic work. But this is a bit meh. My friend has the Beethoven bust and it is great in person. Iโm surprised this is only being released now, but it is iconic on a number of levels.
I always preferred Romanywygโs Beathoven..... that takes me back
Saying that, i can understand people wanting this, so perhaps my meh was uncalled for. It just doesnโt wow me like the canvas does is all.

Banksy funds Refugee Rescue boat, by saint on Sept 25, 2020 15:18:23 GMT 1, Do you evidence of this? Or is it just rhetoric? I have no evidence it isnโt, so genuinely interested in why you say so for my own knowledge. Would be sad to think it wasnโt at least trying to help people in need, regardless of the connection to Banksy, but Iโm a glass half full kind of person. Well the fact they havenโt updated since 9/9 is very odd for a boat trying to make a situation more public. Iโm a half full kind of guy too but there comes a time when healthy criticism is good. Unfortunately many Banksy fans have trouble with this. So no, and yes are the answers to my questions? You have no evidence to back up your statement?

Tee Shirt, by saint on Sept 24, 2020 15:37:34 GMT 1, The invader t shirts were 40, and the fake t shirt that was supposed to be by Banksy, but was a total scam, was 80. USD that is. There was a 20 usd shipping fee. The shipping was massively delayed, the Banksy connection was a total marketing scam, and Banksy had nothing to do with it at all. More importantly, didn't he pocket the majority of the money raised? I got the invader t shirt but the bad taste of what he had done meant I gave it straight to a charity store. There was some lip balm I kept tho, my wife used to rip me for using it, but I had dry lips so what can you do. A man's gotta do what a man's gotta do...... Dry lips are no laughing matter.....

Edit - by 'didn't he pocket the money', I mean BNE, not Banksy.

Banksy Toxic Mary, Virgin Mary Print, by saint on Sept 23, 2020 21:28:49 GMT 1, Whelp, finally decided it's time to sell my u/s Toxic Mary. My wife and I are expecting our first little one in a few months โค๏ธ๐ With the market going the way it is, seems like a good time to say goodbye to this print. ย Comes with COA/PC and is in excellent condition. Its a low number (pre-blind stamp). Is currently framed to archival standards; acid free double mats, linen hinged, UV plexiglass, etc. Asking $45K OBO shipped / insured. Ideally would like to do a state side sale. But open to discuss.ย Please DM with any questions. I'm happy to answer any questions.ย [img src=" i.ibb.co/3B6xP5W/IMG-4648.jpg" alt="" src=""]
Babies are the best! After a few months anyway. Until then, good luck.
Much better than art.
