Banksy £10 • Di-Faced Tenner, by Montubu7 on May 28, 2008 13:35:58 GMT 1, most on ebay are fakes, they claim their ex's or another worked at SG's - best thing to do is to ask for the weight, and receipt, even with the receipt compare it with someone who has an authentic one. You should also report them to Pestcontrol, as these are fakes

American history x
Nice scene.

Charidee Complete & A Big THANK YOU!!!, by Montubu7 on May 26, 2008 2:08:24 GMT 1, AND WHAT I ORIGINALLY INTENDED TO POST BUT AGAIN GAVE YOU THE CHANCE TO BE HONEST BUT NO NOT VERBAL, LIES & AGRESSION ALL THE WAY.
quote author=verbalkint board=general thread=5755 post=301700 time=1211749329]
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I have not sold a stone on ebay for 4 months you dolt. Ask manchester mike, he has met me, so has frankie. Does that picture look f**k all like me? So every diamond on ebay that is sold is from me is it? i dont deal with ebay anymore, nor do i deal with paypal who are a slimy bunch of c**ts.
Get your facts straight before you post something you bloody idiot. My ebay ID was ST1048 and everyone knew it. Also, do you know the person who left the feedback? Is it possible that they are the ones in the wrong? It does not concern me, but ANYONE who has sold on ebay extensively will know that buyers are liars. I had well over 2000 satisfied customers on my ebay account, 2% were unhappy, so stop talking bollocks you bloody imbacile[/quote][/b]
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Verbal
i have kept quiet on this thread for long enough but yet again you are telling lies & skirting around the truth.
Many moons ago a friend of mine on here posted you were not to be trusted due to your ebay actions and pretty much everyone went against him because they thought you were the good guy so much so he left the forum.
In hindsight i should have been a bit more proactive and maybe this charity issue wouldnt have happened.
True 5 years ago you had problems which you sorted out ( credit to you) and they shouldnt be mentioned in isolation as people can & do change, i however do not believe you have changed and ars still dishonest & downright misleading in pretty much everything you say & do.
Lets just clarify something, i have no intention of calling you out on everything you have done & i know about i just want to confirm some points so people can form their own opinion of you.
Romanywg mentioned a diamond seller above : This diamond seller is in fact you is it not? We both know how easy it is to manipulate ebay, create accounts , signing off as a different user ect & the creation of a 'Me' page is the oldest trick in the book, posting pictures of someone else & making it appear to be someone they are not, simple fact that account is more than likely in someone else name but YOU are pulling the strings.
You have had multiple accounts on ebay which were used to shill bid the prices of your diamonds up over a substantial period of time. This is a FACT!
You are also misleading in your diamond gradings, again this is a FACT that you purchased them from your favourite US seller & magically when you listed them they had jumped from a G DIAMOND to a D DIAMOND and changed from an SI3 DIAMOND TO AN SI1 DIAMOND.
What this means to people reading is you misreprented your diamonds on a huge scale & by upping the diamonds you could sometimes make many more hundreds of pounds on each sale.
you had a lot of sales on ebay, mostly to people who didnt know any better and apart from the few refunds you issued generally you used to bully people & drag them all over the place with paypal disputes and messing them about and sometimes you got caught out yourself, what goes around comes around...
Thats the reason you have cash to flash because you ripped of innocent buyers for many thousands of pounds and you come on here acting the big i am when in fact its just down to your ill gotten gains.
I do not want people on this forum to get involved in any deal with you believeing you are just lazy, i believe you are dishonest & not to be trusted.
Oh & back to the diamond seller above, most people know its you but for the people that have a little doubt ( as you are very convincing) its funny that you and this diamond sellers paths have not crossed recently as at the turn of the year you sold him one of your Beejoir originals - or as i believe you didnt sell it to this buyer you just listed it on this jtty lawrence account of yours & said you had purchased it from someone else, ring any bells?

Charidee Complete & A Big THANK YOU!!!, by Montubu7 on May 26, 2008 2:05:24 GMT 1, Whatever. I had originally intended to post a different post but amended it awaiting your reaction first. Due to your lies & aggressive post i have decided to anser your questions above & also post what i originally intended : what a flid you are. Anyone with half a brain knows i didnt sell stones on that account, if i did, then why did i stop? the account is still running (it does not say 'no longer a registered user')
You probably stopped either due to the poor feedback or ebay seller restictions. True it doesnt say no longer registered but i guess your restrictions are f**ked also, ask chris (beejoir) about the piece in question, it was far from unique and he knows for a fact that i sold it because i asked his permission before i did. Plus it was sold to a f**king forum member along with the turin scam original. I have enough private customers to keep my earnings higher than i could possibly spend. I do not need, nor do i use ebay. Why not ask them if it is my account or not. You probably dont need ebay what with your diamond dealing & grade bumping, what about the people you ripped off and bullied along the way? pulling the strings! what a t**t you are.
and again, the point is, loads of satisfied customers and just one unhappy one. Even if this was anything to do with me it would not make me anything but an average ebayer with a problem customer, but it is not my account. f**k a doodle do Sure that account shows one problem customer but your suspended account shows many many negative feedbacks ( & mutually withdrawn) you received & a score of 92% feedback with detailed seller ratings of 4.1 from a score of 5 for 'Item as described'

Charidee Complete & A Big THANK YOU!!!, by Montubu7 on May 26, 2008 0:59:17 GMT 1, and looking closer, 1 negative feedback and lots of satisfied customers. I think the chances are the ebayer might be right and the seller is the liar. Lots of buyers pay by paypal, 'return' items special delivery, you sign for the envelope and then paypal refunds them, even if it is empty, because by signing for an item you are saying it is OK. This is where paypal sucks. I say the buyer is a liar, but it is nothing to do with me so i dont give a toss.
Lets all be honest here, you DO know the seller of these diamonds verbal, because the seller of these diamonds is you.
This is despite the fact when you listed your beejoir original on the juttylawrence id you stated it had been purchased from someone at the start of the year, the fact is YOU purchased it from beejoir & then listed it on your jutty id advertising you had purchased it from the original purchaser to put people off the scent much in the same way as you sign the ebay auctions off on your new account as 'Justin' and the picture on the current 'Me' page is not you, the account may be registered in someone elses name but its you pulling the strings.

ebay/paypal advice plaese, by Montubu7 on May 23, 2008 15:40:44 GMT 1, Technically if you offered paypal you should accept it but if you have concerns ask them politely to pay via a different method & see what they say, if they have a unconfirmed address & with zero feedback i would NOT send unless they pay via another method or until they confirm their address. If they do not have a confirmed address asking them to confirm their address in an email will be no use in a dispute as paypal will dismiss it in the same way when people leave feedback for an item received & then claim its not received paypal pay no attention to the feedback. An email confirming the address would be useful in case you do send & they rip you off you then have the info in an email for any further action above & beyond paypal ( small claims ect ect)

Copyright / Hush Prints - May 29th, by Montubu7 on May 22, 2008 12:44:26 GMT 1, It would be nice for clarification on the IP issue silky? I suspect none of you will believe this but I have only just caught up with this thread. I had been asked by PM about a few accounts, and if they were all of the same IP. I looked into the situation, and comfirmed to them that I found 4 accounts that all had the same IP including the two that they suggested.
Thanks for that.

are we all going crazy., by Montubu7 on May 21, 2008 14:13:15 GMT 1, The bit that's getting to me is the fact that some newer artists and some not so new but equally as s**t artists seem to be jumping on the cash cow and releasing sub-standard prints and non-imaginative work at over inflated prices because the whole "urban art" scene seems to be on an up. All this will do is make the nicer stuff that more people like, even more expensive. £250 for a cartrain anyone??? Spend a few years building a fan base with some good work before you bow to the almighty dollar! I think all of us here have established that cartrain is not jumping on this cash cow you talk about, and i have been working now on street art for the past 3 years this is the first time i have ever sold anything with a gallery and i stand by the price of £250 i think its good value for money
I think your credit is deserved Copyright, you have spent a long time on the streets building a style & fair play now is the time to have a good show & sell some good art & make a few quid.
Cartrain still needs to develop his style & imo he is nowhere near ready for a pricepoint of £250 based on the the quality of work seen so far. BUT if he keeps developing his style & moving forward he may have a good future ahead of him?
Fair play to him he is very young ( i do believe he has been this age for the past 2 years tho?) so he has pretty much all the time in the world to move forward.
