I'm personally not a fan. But I think they would look nice in a hair salon.

I think she's talented. not a huge fan of the comic portraits myself but for a comics and urban art lover they're pretty awesome. and her portrait without comics are quite nice too. she's skilled, can't say for how long her career will last but she definitely deserve more.

Technically it looks ok but its hard to really get a grasp of this type of painting in person. It could be illustrative or painterly. I prefer the painterly. I am always cautious of illustrative types. It is much better than alot of other art on this forum that seems to be collected. I am still grasping what exactly this forums definition of Urban art is. This in my opinion would be contemporary art if anything. The comic book thing has been exhausted and its a shame because she really can paint it seems.

Why is there no Contemporary art category on this forum. Obviously you guys appreciate that type of work why lump it all into Urban Art. It does the name such an injustice. This is a major reason why artists steer away from labels because artists like this getting lumped together with them.

I think this forum is a great way to put new artists out there and most people on this forum know where a good investment can be found.Truth is with Sandra's work, we just don't know,as she has not been around long enough or had many shows to back it up, so I think this is a case of if you want it on your wall and you like the work, which I do, it's worth buying as its still very affordable. Sometimes it's all down to taste.

Her pieces are really nice and well thought out.

I personally see her rising fast as her work hangs very well both in galleries and in homes.

I always look at will work look good hung up in a house and is it a commercial image that people would want to buy and she ticks all the boxes for me I was gutted she did a print with studio 16 and not us as I love her work and would have found it a challenge to print. To keep all the colour and definition of her originals

lets hope she starts using thicker paper on her work then, I haven't seen a non-rippley one yet, would do my head in that! =]

Have not seen her prints in person but with the originals being priced so reasonably and less than most prints, I can't see going any other way with her pieces.

I considered that but her art is a mix of comic book and hand-painted elements. The hand-painted elements also look like a bad offset print. They should have been printed as separate screens is that's what she was going for.
