Utterly chilling to see. One of the "benefits" of the internet is countries and governments can't just do this stuff without it being seen now. The world is watching. It'd be nice if it did more than that.
This is collective punishment.

I despair at the western head in the sand attitude, we sit around saying what can I do, not on my patch, I've my own problems and each of us in our own creeping manner are complicit in letting this continue.
At the very least we can educate our children and we can raise our voices. Through tiny actions by many we can slowly make this world a better place. It is tough when there's no palpable short term result, but we have to believe in the process.

He then elaborated that this is because if there is just a single nation resolution then the Palestinians would get a vote unless of course they prevented a vote and brought in apartheid.I know it isnt directly related to the bombings but an intriguing element of the background which never occurred to me.

I too believe the real answers lay with the future(children) schools should be showing the kids the truth right now.

In many cases, education and knowledge puts power back into your own hands. I think it disarms extremists and those that would like to manipulate you into causing harm to others. Whether that's your own government, someone else's, or some doctrine thumping nut job somewhere.
