No doubt they will make it appear to sell out though. I really can't see 100 of these selling, never mind 250/300, especially when payment is via cheque/wire only. Oh well.

It will definitely sell out. In my opinion, other than Banksy and Shep, Kaws is the most well known artist to come out of the street art scene. In fact, I would bet he is more recognized than either of the atwo aforementioned artists. The guy has done collaborations with everyone from Pharell to Khiels. Mind you when I say this, it is just as far as people recognizing his work. I am not suggesting he is better or more vaulable, just more well known.
As for his art, for me the best is his early work with his characters invading fashion photography, or rather his character work in general. While I like his abstract work, it has a little less resonance with me. Although his linework is incredible, and not all computer generated despite what some think.
