As it's not a gallery, I'd say not too bad considering we were buying art from a Hotel

My Eine "Amazement" print was damaged on delivery and its agonizing to have to either give up a print you really want or put it on the wall with damage. At the end of the day if you're into it for the image and not an investment, what else can you do but frame it up and enjoy? Sorry to hear @fifthspray Happy Go Lucky Chap

But nothing makes my stomach sink more than an image that I really want that has a crease, wrinkle, etc. in it... I guess it is an OCD, I dunno, but I can't enjoy it, I will only see the damage.
If I pay hard earned money I expect to get a product in good condition. Its not an investment thing, it's an expectation I have of all stores / businesses I deal with... If I get a TV set with a dead pixel in it I will obsess over it and would return immediately. If you accept subpar products then companies will become more and more lax with how they treat the consumer.

It's a fab piece! Actually I liked pretty much everything I saw. I was told that the canvases are in the $45K range and start from there.
