i found Blu's Rennes mural on Google street view today (link - reverse pinch to see details) - it says the image is from July 2020 (when the mural was 10 years old - still looks great).
i am so familiar with the screenprint that it is a little weird to see the figure without the right arm (and also without the shadow). there was a tree on the figure's right side when he painted it, which explains the missing arm (as shown in Blu's documentation:
blublu.org/b/2010/11/11/rennes-6/) and another tree on the other side. my guess is they later removed the trees because the mural is popular.

thanks for the info. i found the address on a street art finder website (www.street-artwork.com/en/artwork/3028/france-rennes-graffiti), though i have no knowledge of whether that website is popular.
from the map it looks like it is next to the National Theater of Brittany, a short walk from the main train station and close to some museums, which sounds like a pretty central location for street art (though not as prominent as the murals Blu and others painted on the Tate Modern)

It arrived without the pow embossing, just with the number and signature.
