Hi guys, i'm a collector of Blu as said in my first presentation post.

I own three prints, but seems I haven't seen any about "Il Nulla" (The Void) print.

True, but still a classic Blu print. This image was also used as cover for the first Nulla zine.

 This is a great print, massively underrated in my opinion. (Yes I do have one).

agreed (Blu's work is currently undervalued in the market - particularly given how important and singular he is as an artist, and how little collectible work exists). as with all art, it ends up being what people are willing to pay for it, what people are willing to sell it for, and where the sale happens. secondary market sellers of Blu who put it in their web stores will charge at least 1k-2k for any of the limited edition Blu prints (and more for the iconic/mural related/more satisfying prints), they will wait to sell it (and not respond to low ball offers), and eventually it seems like the work sells (last i checked i could not find anything available anywhere) and then there is even less Blu work on the market, so the next time the prices might be higher. i've seen posts on these boards suggesting those prices were crazy (by folks who like Blu but i guess want to buy the work for less) and those tend to influence others to some degree. for individuals (like those of us on this board without active shops), there is no easy way to sell Blu. ebay & the web are particularly hard to search for Blu (given how many other things come up when searching for blu) and is dependent on who is looking when. even with artists with established markets and followers, i've seen works sell for under $1000 on ebay while shops sell the same work for $3500 (and some art galleries list it for $7500). small auctions can miss many potential buyers (as we saw with the recent Demos UV, there were multiple buyers interested in the work who would have gone higher but failed to due to issues with the auction or timing). eventually this should sort and it is not unique to Blu (though his avoiding the market makes his market more difficult to sort).
