Artists who should of BLOWN UP ..... But haven't. , by emf on May 30, 2017 16:54:09 GMT 1, If you were holding one of Invader's Invasion Kits, would you sell it now? The Chinese are already into Invader, but face Pure Evil headwinds. Japan though and Korea are now deeply into Invader. So if we see another another bull run, IMO, it'll be from the latter two. If you guys want to follow the industry averages, go here: Invader.io And yes, they have an app. It is an average though.

Busy doing his own thing for the last few years he has Global recognition and his work is bought and held and so little comes upon the secondary market
He may not be thenext big thing BUT I am pretty sure his time will come!

I am personally a massive fan of his (own a couple of bits by him) so guess its just my personal taste / bias but I think in general he deserves a lot more love than he gets. He has a completely unique style, which you can really see evolve from his early works with the figures etc slowly into pure abstraction. He has done some great street works in Bristol (and I guess elsewhere too?) also. He has just done this release of 'summer smalls' - 10 x small og's at 650 a pop, sold out instantly but guess not that surprising given the number available, was gutted not to get my hands on one.

To be honest I have been a bit disappointed with some of the most recent prints - bit similar to one another (wraith and powered by dinosaurs especially) and quite expensive, hope he mixes it up a bit on the new one. i think fuel from fumes will always by my favourite, the 1xrun print of that was the first piece of art i ever bought. any idea how much his canvases are going for currently then? cheers |

Would love a canvas however out of my price range. From what I gather around 5-10k depending on image and size. Would look great though in the right spot

He is doing so much great work like his "Mightier Than" sculptures and his collages. They are stunning and rather cheap. Even some of his originals are very reasonable priced. I think his art is timeless and will be still adorable for decades. Mixing the styles of different ages and cultures even in his craftmanship will stay up to date and hot in the future.

I would also echo the pose love.
Another artist that hasnt been mentioned (i do own one piece) is sam friedman. Former kaws assistant who is producing beautiful work at a low volume. His monoprints were absolutely phenomenal. Not saying he will ever see invader prices but i do think he will become more and more popular.
