Google , weston super mare, it is a little town on the Bristol channel coast, allegedly with a large proportion of fossils who retire there, and I think in Banksy' version, the grim reapers scythe has been replaced by the fast approaching saw blade, that's my take on it anyway.

The pier is very impressive, the town was clean and tidy, busy shops, all looked great to me
