Market is definitely soft, not just for Banksy. I've picked up some KAWS on the cheap. And not urban art, but found a Frank Stella Moby Dick at auction for <$5K...

It wasn't obvious in the auction, but if you got the detailed condition reports on the works some of them were in not great shape. The CND, for example, had creases everywhere and had been laid down on board. A "professional restorer" had started to remove the board layer by layer, but it wasn't pretty.
