However, buyer who has owned since new has asked me to make an offer. I want to be fair to the seller, but obviously want to do the best deal I can.
As a private sale, what is a ballpark fair price?
I have checked past sales threads, but wondered if prices have moved recently.

This happened to me a while ago and seems to becoming the norm. Nobody minds paying the market rate as that is what it will take to acquire a Banksy these days. |

As the title says....
I'm looking to sell one of either a signed Weston Super Mare - Framed to conservation standards.. I had it reframed when I purchased..so can vouch that print is in great condition pre framing
Or...a mint signed blue Police Kids . this print is in perfect condition, stored flat and never framed. ( complete with POW tube..if that floats your boat )
I have the COAs in hand..both registered in my name.
The prints are ' up north ' in Lancashire and a face to face is preferable but I would also consider shipping If need be.. But only insured at buyers cost.
In the current market I think offers starting at £8k seems about right for both prints....but concious the debate on WSM pricing on here the other week.. And also partly discarding the crazy price that the J&J got in the Bonhams auction..? So if I'm way out.. I'm sure someone will let me know
I can supply plenty of forum references if required..
I will provide detailed photos of the print and COA via email to anyone with serious interest...
I am only looking to sell only one of the two pieces.. So whichever feels more comfortable I will let go..its a wrench..but needs must!
