Actually I´m also still a bit unsure. Will take care of it this week and post a pic asap...

Agree. Seems to be a very real problem.
Those app developers out there need to come up with something

Maybe enter in the dimensions to the app, then it uses the camera flash to project the proper size shadow onto the wall. That should do the trick 😂

Only reason for you to sell must be because such a beautiful piece doesn't belong in storage. Therefore i assume money is not the main objective.
No worries. I will help you out and will take it at cost. Because that's the kind of guy that i am.
You're very welcome!

Martin Whatson • Connection Print, by robalb on Apr 29, 2018 17:59:13 GMT 1, Do you guys think the acrylic editions are worth the money then? I managed to get one just had everything pre loaded. I think £1000 is ok of a Original edition of 10 Think it will look pretty cool framed with glass either side of the frame Credit to the OP for posting the sale here.
The post above suggests that he/she genuinely wanted the print.
Being controversial, I am glad MW pieces enter the secondary market, otherwise my collection would be non existent!
Berfore castrating the OP, approach him/her and ask for the price, haggle if you want and if still not happy walk a way.

So what was the asking price? Flippers only exists because people are prepared to pay a premium. Capitalism exists in all walks of life, we may not like it but it’s the harsh reality.
MW Dancer (a strong print granted) was released in November 2015 for £195. 2.5 years on there going for £1500+ Arguably if you paid the flipper a 100% premium and paid £390 at the time, who would be laughing now!
Art is a commodity, it’s value can go up as well as down. There is bubble around MW at the moment and long may it continue, but bubbles do burst... the true price of art is personal to YOU, and YOU alone.
Perhaps the only way to to satisfy everyone is to have open editions across all mediums.

Martin Whatson • Connection Print, by Deleted on Apr 30, 2018 5:00:51 GMT 1, You lot you are brilliant. I’m not selling the Whatson it’s in fact at the framers currently. I love the piece and have no intention of ever selling it. I asked for the value simply so I could put it on the house insurance. As I’m only covered for stuff up too $1000 Australia dollars unless stated. But if I was to say that you would jump on me like a pack of wolves and say I have other motives. I’ve had several offers from £850-£3000 so sorry if I’ve wasted people time just funny winding the art police up. There is a art gallery selling a Tucan acrylic for £2000 by Whatson so I thought The Connection should be worth more. I will Insure it for £3000 as I didn’t get any response when asking what people thought the value was. Get a life a certain few on here your like a cult. More like a bunch of birds in a office. It’s just art yer we all love it but f**kme get a life. Have got a Banksy silver flags for sale if anyone wants it tho 😂 hahahaha
