The decimal point may have moved over one place to the right....and then some but the "discussions" are all reassuringly familiar

I have not owned this piece for very long , it was an impulse buy, and stretched me thin - but I had to have it - my first Banksy.
This morning I met with my tax accountant - my business has had a small disagreement with the US IRS for a few years now about what is classified as "income" - I have lost.
We are in the middle of a massive expansion of operations and a bank has been kind enough to lend us a lot of money to do this, but a Lien or Garnishmment on my corporation from the IRS will create a lot of problems.
I need cash, liquid cash and this Love Rat is going to do that for me. In my mind , I would like 11K ยฃ . from everything I've researched - that seems "reasonable". I've gotten the blessing from the wonderful individual who sold it to me and I'm going to do this now before I change my mind.
For anyone who is going to PM me with an offer less than 11Kยฃ , please explain exactly where you are located, and how you would send me funds.
My willingness to negotiate will be based on how soon I am looking at this money in my bank account
Yes , I am new - take that into consideration, butI have had very smooth transactions with many of you , and although I've lowballed many of you on a lot of your sales - I am very an honest , morally sound man and I think there are many people who will attest to that. I love this world and wouldnt jeopardize my rep here because I will be adding a lot more to my collection in the years to come

It doesn't help anyone and if the seller wants 12.5, he wants 12.5. To state the obvious, somethings worth what another is willing to pay.
The rats have taken a big jump of late, but for the same money (or less) I'd take an u/s RC, Barcode or LN.
