There is no doubt much going on before this we do not know about.

There's no fucking excuse. It's not a regrettable, irrational thing. It's violence. It's wrong. If you know that have that capacity then, as an adult (even more so if you're in a relationship or you're a parent) you have a responsibility to stop pulling the trigger (the socially acceptable habit of getting publicly pissed). He's a forty something year old adult - not a teenager that's discovered supermarket cider for the first time. |

Having known a few, drink is probably one of the worst drugs there is and once a drunk its pretty damn hard to change

From what I read he has been married twice, with 7 kids, and was fighting with his girlfriend. I doubt his kids are thinking any less of him than they already do.

If any man in the whole world should feel violent towards other humans, it should be this man. So many people lied to send him to death row at the age of 29, yet he says he loves them and feels sorry for them.

These artists are not superheroโs, they are just normal humans who make mistake and sometimes do bad things. Itโs impossible to live in a world where we can expect to like and agree with all the actions and opinions of people we buy things from. Maybe Ben could regain at least some respect by posting a statement on his website and maybe in the future supporting charities involved in helping women suffering from violence? Exactly, a lot of them had fucked up upbringings and got their start by illegally tagging walls and whatnot. We arenโt talking about people who went to a boys christian private school and got their PhDs at Ivy League schools who went on to be the CEO at Fortune 500 and leave that for the art world. Iโd imagine that most Street artists arenโt exactly the role model type.
Utter rubbish, respect for other people has nothing to do with education, as inferred above. If you saw this guy on Jeremy Kyle/insert American equivalent; domestic violence, drug/alcohol problem,tattooed face, paints on walls, 7 kids (although I imagine the difference is that he can well afford to financially support his children, and hopefully emotionally), I imagine you would think, what a fuckin wrongon! I don't see any difference here.
