From what I can see on your website, your prints are terribly overpriced. Cheapest alternatives on eBay, which is not known to be especially good value.

With respect, and correct me if I'm wrong, but you seem to be nothing but a glorified flipper trying to get legitimacy by calling yourselves a gallery.

Woah! #caruso is right! There's a print that I've been after That's going for around £400 on ebay. Recent auctions have it sold for around £250 while you sell it for £850! f**k that!!

I just connected a few dots. I've purchased from Black Book before - from the Dead Relatives exhibition.

I've thought they looked familiar, but couldn't recall from where, lol.

There is nothing new here. Black book is a gallery. They are reputable enough and have been selling old inventory direct from Shepard for what feels like a few years now. Their prices are higher than I would pay and probably above fair market, but there is nothing fishy here. It is just a gallery advertising their wares.

There are deffinitly no discounts, bargains, or values to be found, but perhaps they have a slightly hard to find item if you don't want to hunt it down.
Anyone want to guess pricing if they have Queen Elizabeth. I'll take 1500 as my guess.

1) They know Shepard much better than you do so they don’t need a “for the record” lesson
2) Shepard is not selling these prints so what does it matter what a legit gallery sells them for?
3) If you think these prices, from a legit obey reseller, are high then go to eBay.

Do you also complain when galleries resell Banksy prints well above the market value?

Rent in Denver ain't cheap. Blackbook has been an official obey reseller since at least 2010 and been collecting shep for far longer. They have hosted multiple shows. your claim shep never sells for more than cost is also wrong. For the longest time he set the price as 2x initial release price. Galleries have a lot more costs than some dude selling on ebay who isn't paying rent, taxes and complaining about fees.
To summarize if you don't like a price don't buy it. If it is too high it wont sell and the price will correct itself

Most galleries sell at extortionate prices, though. I don't intend on purchasing anything from them - unless they find some old Eneresto Yerena pieces. And that's where my eh arises from - they were working with Ernesto Yerna years ago, back when the kid has $25 prints with extremely limited runs, which never sold out. That colored them as a legitimate gallery for me. Someone advised me to check them out for Brett Kern's stuff recently, but I couldnt recall why they seemed so familar until I connected Shepard Fairy (Ernesto's mentor) and Denver.

Yes, everyone, eBay is certainly cheaper than what galleries have, along with some of the items found on this forum (Framed deck chairs come to mind). And if you're knew, please get familiar with the market and feel free ask questions before making a big purchase.
