You don't suddenly go from Jasper Conran pantsuits to rare Banksys without something odd happening.
Most likely the account has been hijacked.

I emailed the seller and they are selling for someone else a former pow staff member they gave the name these look ok if not a little overpriced

Agree with that, but some people say they're worth a bit more as printed on the same paper, and from the same place etc.
IMO if theres no coa theres no point man, may as well buy a canvas off ebay for less.

Now to be honest i'm not looking to make anything financially from it, i want to obtain the print as i LIKE the image, i just want to know is the ยฃ200 asking price too steep?
