No worries, also as they are new to you, don’t just walk in to see them, call them before hand and act naive and just ask them what’s involved to frame to museum standards and how much approximate cost. Ask them how much insurance their place is covered for if a fire or theft would occur.
Then tell them it’s a valuable Banksy print (they’ve probably framed a few before?) and book a time to go in, not Friday afternoon as they will be in a rush to go home for a beer and the weekend, book earlier in the week. Good luck with it all fella 👍

That’s not the case at all. Where there is limited direct comparable evidence the opinion of a registered valuer will suffice. The valuer will have to adjust other less direct comparable sales and use his expertise alongside alternative methods of valuation to arrive at a figure. If insurers needed multiple sale comps how would anyone insure unique pieces which may never have been sold.
