Banksy Welcome Mat, by Pint of cockles on Oct 30, 2020 22:20:57 GMT 1, i don't understand the confusion? it seems obvious that the initial tags would have taken longer to sew on so to save time (and possibly the fingers of the sewers) they decide to change the tag to tie on?
Don’t understand your a silly pleb

Banksy Welcome Mat, by Rubberneck on Oct 31, 2020 12:53:02 GMT 1, I went with the charcoal gray background and black frame(no glass), as seen on here as well. Not sure who originally did theirs that way, as there have been so many versions posted, but thanks for the inspiration. Hid the tag, as I opted not to display it. My framer did a color photocopy of the tag and mounted it to the back of the frame. The blue wall is perfect, I’d been tempted to use blue instead of the charcoal but this works better. The blue really does pop the emergency orange.

Banksy Welcome Mat, by tab1 on Oct 31, 2020 14:07:31 GMT 1, Hardboard sheet, cut to size and painted. Stick on strip Velcro stuck to the board, pinned to the mat. Total cost about £25.
Unless covered that mat is going to attract a lot of dust , the angle of the ceiling and position to the smoke detector if an optical alarm the dust will trigger the alarm in the summer months

Banksy Welcome Mat, by mrizzle on Oct 31, 2020 14:54:07 GMT 1, Where do we find a bunch of tables like this? The only one’s I have found are just slightly too small. This one is perfect. I bet quite a few of us would buy one.
I’m not too sure to get honest. Might be worth contacting the seller directly and asking where they got it?

Banksy Welcome Mat, by urbanny on Nov 2, 2020 20:55:56 GMT 1, Hi,
As per OP, I have a first batch/ first run Banksy Welcome Mat (box, flyer & receipt, #2xx) and looking for a GDP print (not the rat). Ideally the flower thrower.
If not, would sell for cash.
Prese drop me a line

Banksy Welcome Mat, by Lord Lucas Roham on Nov 2, 2020 22:37:59 GMT 1, The GDP prints are made from non-archival toilet paper and will likely severely deteriorate in the short term. They are easy to replicate and have non provenance other than the odd car parking ticket.

No paper is archival in reality. Do you own any of these prints?

It's not the standard of work I would have in my extensive portfolio.
