For instance, we have some of the highest car jacking rates anywhere in the country. We also have many victims shooting those jerks in the face on the driver side when accosted. In terms of the law and home invasion, the law is if someone breaks into your home, you have to have cause to shoot them. Protecting yourself. Even a break in does not warrant shooting them. You have to have a reason such as they attempted to kill you or rape your spouse. The laws here are absolutely ludicrous. Many of them favor the crook. For instance, I had two punks break into both my cars in front of my house. I have video of them on camera getting into my rides and stealing my things. When I spoke to the cops, they stated I could not shoot them or even attack them with a bat. I would be at fault. Never mind they are trespassing, never mind they entered my private property...they have to be physically threatening my life with a weapon to even remotely prosecute them. Crazy world.
Re- the car break ins. We are allowed to shout at them and hope they run off, which they usually do, not sure what to do if they didn't leg it, maybe I'd start waving my arms a bit at them and do some funky dancing, that would do it for sure

Reason being it fires at a velocity more like a rifle than a handgun. The laws haven’t been passed, so as it stands it’s still legal. Sales were originally restricted to law enforcement and military, but eventually became available to the general public. It’s a favorite among US Secret Service members. There are a lot of ammo variants for the pistol, including armor piercing ammo that is only available to military and law enforcement. It’s a lot of fun to shoot because of the fact that there’s almost no recoil, which allows for great grouping on target. |

I mean the cost of loss of goods? the other night here in bay area all you saw on tv during the loping clips of looting @ Emeryville mall was a Whole bunch of people looting the mall and running out with clothing and no cops to be found, then the news would cut to a video of down the street to the best buy electronics store and they had like 20-30 cops there protecting the best buy even the looters already left with barely anything. it just seemed strange that they had so many cops there doing what appeared to be the work that could of been done by maybe 2- cops of protecting the store.

I just cant help to think that maybe if the cops were at the mall, the shop owners would still have a store to go back to.

With many crisis highlighting the underfunding of public services that have been cut and understaffed for years to be only exposed when needed the most maybe now they will get the funding needed same as the U.K. with the nhs .

I think there's a pretty solid line between protesting and trying to fix small parts of the system that are broken, and extreme ideologies that just want to burn down the system. For instance, we have some of the highest car jacking rates anywhere in the country. We also have many victims shooting those jerks in the face on the driver side when accosted. In terms of the law and home invasion, the law is if someone breaks into your home, you have to have cause to shoot them. Protecting yourself. Even a break in does not warrant shooting them. You have to have a reason such as they attempted to kill you or rape your spouse. The laws here are absolutely ludicrous. Many of them favor the crook. For instance, I had two punks break into both my cars in front of my house. I have video of them on camera getting into my rides and stealing my things. When I spoke to the cops, they stated I could not shoot them or even attack them with a bat. I would be at fault. Never mind they are trespassing, never mind they entered my private property...they have to be physically threatening my life with a weapon to even remotely prosecute them. Crazy world. Re- the car break ins. We are allowed to shout at them and hope they run off, which they usually do, not sure what to do if they didn't leg it, maybe I'd start waving my arms a bit at them and do some funky dancing, that would do it for sure

There have been a few unarmed deaths under police custody In the uk and over use of force that has not received the same media momentum that is seen in America that is circulating again in these groups protesting that has obviously got the better of some of these protestors emotions.
The Star Wars actor was very passionate and emotional yesterday
The media Have the power to portray and edit what They want ,quick look at some sites online and is chaotic in America yet trump just made a speech that everything is under control
