When viewing these videos confuses me that officers shout orders to comply and motion to their requests whilst tazing the individual , surely whilst being electrified all senses are temporally lost , million thoughts rushing through their minds and muscles are seized and immovable , only scenario I could compare to is when passed out and awake to everyone shouting at you but you can not make sense of what people are saying to you ?
There was enough police to detain all the cars in the line as all were breaking curfews , the individuals detained were students and later released with out charge

he was driving an expensive car and the officers negatively profiled and automatically assumed as of his race the vehicle was stolen !
the reason in the report was stop and search policy as of a curfew in place yet the two other cars in a stationary queue with different races that were not stopped and searched although with enough police officers in attendance to carry out searches of all 3 cars simultaneously .
these types of scenarios were common place through the 80/90s but as of no evidence these cases would go unreported and the officers continue their misconduct in office , with everyone having the use of smartphones it seems a new phenomenon but decades of misappropriation of power is now being evidenced on camera

The official statement from the police before the videos circulated was that the elderly gentleman tripped and fell.
Back in the 80s only the police would have video cameras to record events at riots now it is a level playing field
